Refund policy

To request a return please contact us. If you wish to make a return you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We only accept returns from orders that have been bought directly through our website.

Any items being returned to us must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If they are not in a saleable condition then we reserve the right to not refund you. All goods will be subject to a full inspection upon return & before a refund is given.

The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.

You are responsible for returning the goods to us and if you have used an alternative method of delivery outside of our returns guide, then you are solely responsible for them until they reach our warehouse.
